Cancellation Policies

When we receive a reservation a lot goes into preparing the vessels for your trip, and space is limited and very sought-after in the Summer months. We realize there are times when you may have to cancel a charter. That’s okay providing we have advance notice. No-shows, especially at the time of launch, or last minute cancellations make it difficult for us to keep our prices competitive. Please see below for our cancellation policies and double-check the policy for the type of trip you have booked.

For Trips on Wenonah: 5 Days

Items cancelled outside 5 days are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

Items cancelled within 5 days and no-shows will not be compensated.

If the weather is inclement and the ship does not sail we will do our best to reschedule you. In the event that we can’t, you will be fully refunded.

The final decision to sail rests exclusively with the captain. If the ship sails and you choose not to go, no compensation will be available though we will try to re-book you. Rescheduled trips are not eligible for any refund in the event of a second cancellation by the charterer.

For Scheduled Trips on When And If: 48 Hours

Items cancelled outside 48 hours are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

Items cancelled within 48 hours and no-shows will not be compensated.

If the weather is inclement and the ship does not sail we will do our best to reschedule you. In the event that we can’t, you will be fully refunded.

For Private Charters on When And If: 7 Days

Items cancelled outside 7 days are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

Items cancelled within 7 days and no-shows will not be compensated.
